Return Policy

Because our products are custom-made to order (Print-on-Demand), we do not maintain a product inventory and cannot accept standard returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on the product pages before placing your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges & Return Shipping

In specific cases where a return is authorized, please note that the customer is responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
